Why I chose these images

  


    I chose these designs because I was trying to create a futuristic-looking tree and I ended with a colorful tree with a starburst-like appearance. I liked this logo because it looked unique and like no one else would do something similar. I also liked the names that I could create based on the logo and I came up with Starbloom. With that name and logo, I was able to create my vector logo. I wanted to do a starburst type of look like a star flying across the sky but I couldn't quite figure it out. I settled on the stars gradually getting bigger across the page.

Reflection

 Using both of the programs was nice because it allowed me to create the poster that I wanted to make last week. I still want to experiment more in Photoshop because there was a lot that I was confused about, but that may just be because I missed class this week. I wasn't sure if I made the image of myself bright enough although, it seemed pretty bright to me and had many shapes to fill in. I didn't want it to be so bright that the software wouldn't pick it up so I think I found a happy medium. I will definitely be using what I've learned from these projects outside of class as photoshop will be very helpful to me in my job this summer. I enjoyed doing both of the posters.
